Footwork allows you to properly execute shots during a match.  Shuffling and pivoting are essential for proper footwork.  This lesson will teach you how to attack shots coming from the front wall, coming from the back wall, coming off of serves, and when you are rushed.

Rocky Carson (born May 21, 1979) is an American professional racquetball player. Carson is the current Men's Singles World Champion, a title he won for a 5th time in 2016, which is an International Racquetball Federation (IRF) career record, and current Pan Am Games Champion in Men's Singles. Carson was the #1 player on the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) at the end of the 2007-08 season, and finished ranked 2nd at the end of the 2015–16 season.
